Black Powder does not require this check

Gun buyers will pass a NICS hotline check. Long gun buyers who pass the check may take their guns home immediately.

PISTOL BUYERS MUST WAIT 48 HOURS

AND PAY A $13 STATE FEE.

FFL License holders are exempt from these procedures if they file a signed copy of their current license with Barretts.

Guns will only be on site the day of the sale.
