Examples of items that brought ridiculously more than the owner thought they were worth:

  • Depot desk- owner asked $400 at a rummage sale, we got $900

  • Oil bottles - owner thought they were worth $50-60, we got $2300

  • trailer load in July, owner thought $400-500, we got almost $800

  • Green glass reamer, owner had $.50 rummage tag on it, we got $14

  • Firestone ashtray, owner tag $1, we got $20

  • Garage full of old toys & stuff, owner thought "we were going to have to throw it away", we got more that $2,000
